Hong Kong

Asia always caught my attention, their style to express themselves, their fashion, their art, ohhh and their exquisite food! I love innovation, modernity, but with a history and Asia fills those three, I like to know that an evolution can take place because it has a history behind it, and that's what makes it what it is today.

So I decided to go to Hong Kong! a reference point for all of Asia really, where you can interact with several cultures at the same time, I arrived on an afternoon, so I decided to take the airport express, then a train and when l went out... Woooow I was amazed, food everywhere, little shops in the street, beautiful cake shops and the moon over the sea !!! Really a show !!!!

The next day, I got up very early, to see the Big Buddha! And then I was able to go to the monastery, where I bought a garnet bracelet, one of my favorite stones… and that's how I started my adventure!

The following days I spent getting to know the city, trying different foods, meeting people, art galleries, museums, open markets, with my bag of liquorice lollies !!!! My favorites ever. Until the day came to go to the Art Fair, at the Convention Center, as always I love those white walls full of people at the entrance "it's like a moving work of art."

I collected my tickets and while I was waiting for them to open, I bought some magazines and books. And at 11 am… again Wowow my mind blows away! My skin still get goosebumps from remembering the Liminal Air Space-Time by Shinji Ohmaki, upon entering… speechless !! And so on ... with each step I marveled more! Around 3 pm I went to the Lounge to eat and meet some friends, then I signed up to go on some tours with magazine directors in Asia, super interesting, then they told me that there was virtual art by Marina Abramović! Top! I loved it!! At the end of the day I sat down and the Convention Center looked beautiful at night with all its lights on and then all of a sudden I started crying, everything was so beautiful and perfect !! I think I had not seen so much beauty in a single day, everything was so magical that there were not and still are no words to describe it ...

And so I spent the following days like that until Sunday, every day there was something new at the fair! It was surprising ...

At night I would go out with friends to art parties, to the movies, and try some other food!

The following week I went to Macau, another amazing place, but that will be another story!

In the end I can say that I still miss it, it is a city in which I could live !! Wonderful as “The Simphony of Lights” every day at 8 pm!

Asia siempre me llamo mucho la atención, su estilo para expresarse, su moda, su arte, ohhh y su comida exquisita! Amo la innovación, lo moderno, pero con una historia y Asia llena esos tres, me gusta saber que una evolución se puede dar por que lleva una historia detrás que lo hace ser lo que es hoy.

Así que decidí ir a ¡Hong Kong! una parada para toda Asia realmente, en la que se puede interactuar con varias culturas a la vez, llegue de tarde así que decidí tomar el expreso del aeropuerto, luego tome un tren y al salir Wooow quede maravillada, comida por todos lados, tienditas en la calle, tiendas de pasteles preciosos y la luna sobre el mar!!! ¡¡¡¡Realmente un espectáculo!!!!

Al día siguiente, me levante muy temprano, ¡para ir a ver al Big Buda! ¡Y después poder ir al monasterio, donde compré un brazalete de Granate, una de mis piedras favoritas… y así fue como comencé mi aventura!

Los días siguientes pase conociendo la ciudad, probando diversas comidas, conociendo gente, galerías de arte, museos, open markets, ¡¡¡¡con mi bolsa de licorice lollies!!!! My favorites ever.

Hasta que el día llego para ir a la feria de Arte, en el Convención Center, como siempre amo esas paredes blancas llenas de gente en la entrada “es como una obra de arte en movimiento”.

Recogí mis entradas y mientras esperaba a que abrieran, compré unas revistas y libros, a las 11 am… otra vez Wowow my mind blows away! Todavía se me pone la piel eriza de recordar una pieza en movimiento de Shinji Ohmaki, al entrar … sin palabras!! ¡Y así sucesivamente… a cada paso me maravillaba mas! Como a las 3 pm me fui al Lounge a comer y reunirme con unos amigos, luego me apunte para ir a hacer unos tours con directores de revistas en Asia, súper interesantes, después me contaron que había arte virtual de Marina Abramović ! ¡Top! ¡¡Me encanto!! ¡Al final de el día me senté y el Convention Center se miraba hermosos de noche con todas sus luces y entonces de pronto comencé a llorar, todo era tan hermoso y perfecto!! Creo que no había visto tanta belleza en un solo día ¡todo era tan mágico que no habían y siguen habiendo palabras para describirlo...

Y en esas pase hasta el domingo, cada día había algo nuevo en la feria! Era sorprendente …

En las noches salía con amigos a fiestas de arte, al cine, ¡y probar alguna q otra comida!

La siguiente semana fui a Macao, otro lugar sorprendente, ¡pero eso será otra historia!

¡Al final puedo decir que todavía la extraño, es una ciudad en la cual podría vivir!! Maravillosa como “The Simphony of Lights” todos los días a las 8 pm!
