Blue from above

Blue has always been an important color for me, since I was a little girl, I always thought I had blue energy, a halo that surrounded me, that took care of me and protected me.

In the afternoons when I was swimming and playing in the river, at the farm, which was behind the house, "I felt blue and transparent" while the water flowed over my body, caressing my skin and I floated like the shape of an angel while contemplating "the incredible blue".

Then when I lived in New Zealand, what I always missed the most was being able to see the blue sky, in my home country Guatemala, there is almost always a moment during the day where the sky has a bright and clean blue. So when I came back, I used to take some time to go outside, like rituals to see the incredible blue.

And now, every time I go on a plane over the clouds, I feel that I am closer to the blue where everything is simple and magical.

Blue is my charm, my amulet, my protector, my soul.

Azul desde Arriba

El azul siempre ha sido un color importante para mí, desde que era una niña pequeña, siempre pensé que tenía una energía azul como un halo que me rodeaba, me cuidaba y me protegía.

Como en las tardes cuando nadaba y jugaba en el río, que quedaba atrás de la casa en la Finca, "me sentía azul y transparente" mientras el agua pasaba fluyendo sobre mi cuerpo, acariciando mi piel y flotaba como la forma de un ángel mientras contemplaba el increíble azul.

Luego cuando vivía en Nueva Zelanda, lo que siempre extrañe más fue el poder ver el cielo azul, en mi país natal Guatemala, casi siempre hay un momento en el día donde el cielo tiene un azul brillante y limpio. Entonces, cuando regresé, solía tomarme un tiempo durante el día, como un ritual para ver el increíble azul.

Y ahora, cada vez que voy en un avión sobre las nubes, siento que estoy más cerca del azul donde todo es simple y mágico.

El azul es mi encanto, mi amuleto, mi protector, mi alma.
